24 Hour 7 day Help Desk Call Logging
All our clients are provided with a username and password to log support calls to our online help desk. This system records the time/date of the call, how long the call sits in the queue before response, what the response was, how long the job took, and exactly what was done. The detail from the help desk is imported into our Accounting system and is used for invoicing. Clients can update Job details, add data, see how progress is going, and print out various reports. These reports include things like total time on site for any defined period, number of jobs, chargeable or contract hours etc. In effect it provides an audit trail for all of our work, and we use it for data to verify that our contracts are economical. We’ll drop a small, secure piece of software on your server that will run an automated Daily Health Check of your systems every morning, and send you a start of day report showing any faults. You can decide to resolve the problem yourself or ask us to assist. We’ll check that;
We’ll send you a short note of the results. If we find problems you can act fast to cut potential downtime or call us to fix the problem for you. Either way you’re making an informed decision. The Daily Health Check costs about the same as a cup of Coffee, per server, and has the potential to save you thousands in downtime or lost data. 24x7x365 Critical System Monitoring Contract; Again, for the price of a cup of coffee, Quantum will monitor your business critical systems 24x7, 365 days a year. When a problem occurs you’ll get an automated email straight to your desktop showing the exact nature of the problem. You can even log onto your Client Dashboard at our website, or view problems from any mobile phone. You can decide whether to fix these problems yourself or call on us to help. Either way it’s entirely your choice and you’re making an informed decision. The result? More uptime and improved performance equals greater employee productivity. Full Service Contract INCLUDES both the MINI contract and the Critical System Monitoring Contract! This contract must be negotiated as it depends on your system size and type, but we can offer fixed support costs for your system.
